Sunday January 24th, 2010 - 2-2:30 pm - Gallery Talk-Looking Beyond the Frame

What intriguing stories from Bucks County’s past lurk just outside the artist’s frame of vision? Join the Museum’s V.P. of Collections Cory Amsler for an exploration of people and stories inspired by selected works in the Museum’s exhibit, “Three Centuries of Bucks County Art and Artists.” Amsler’s half-hour talk will focus on historical events and individuals waiting to be discovered by looking just beyond the tranquil scenery portrayed by the artist – inside a building, next door, across the road, or over a nearby hill. Included with museum admission.
