The Mercer Museum has announced an exciting $12.5 M expansion program to provide expanded exhibition space including a new 3,500 square foot changing exhibits gallery, and a new 1,000 square foot Multi-flex Learning Center; upgraded visitor services and enhanced site development: including welcoming, wayfinding and expanded parking facilities, and an enhanced endowment.

Guest Susan Abramson won the grand prize and will choose between a BMW 128i from Thompson BMW or $20,000. Join us for a day of entertainment, live music and a host of old-time games that the whole family can participate it. Try your hand at watermelon eating, the cake walk, tug-o-war, stilt walking, sack races, bucket brigade relays, obstacle course and wheelbarrow races. See a demonstration of town ball (19th century baseball) and enjoy storytelling by Robin Moore and music by Marti Rogers on dulcimer, The Merrymakers and Galina Brass. The Children's Decorated Bike Parade takes place at 12:30 pm. No dogs are allowed on the grounds. Heavy rain cancels event. For more information, call 215-348-9461.
