Thank you for visiting the Mercer Museum and Library and Fonthill Castle’s (the “Museums”) website and reviewing our privacy policy. The Museums do not collect individually identifiable information about visitors to our website (e.g., name, address, e-mail, etc.) unless you choose to provide that information to us. The Bucks County Historical Society which operates the Museums is a 501(c)3, nonprofit organization. Information on this website is presented purely for educational and informational purposes. Your use of this website is subject to the provisions of this privacy policy.

The Museums are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of all our Web visitors. The Museums collect information throughout this website for several different purposes, which are explained below.

Viewing the Website

When you visit our website, we automatically gather and store the following information about your visit. This information is used to develop statistics that guide us in making improvements and enhancements to the website. The Museums are  concerned about protecting children’s privacy. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a visitor known to be a child under the age of 13 sends an e-mail to the Museums, we will only use it to respond to the writer and not to create profiles or otherwise retain the information.
