Ever wish you could visit Fonthill Castle at your own pace? Follow our special tour route at your speed during our Meander Days! Our knowledgeable tour guides are stationed throughout the home to make this experience fun for the whole family.

Please note: There are steep stairs and narrow, uneven passageways on this route. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Parking is in the Fonthill Castle parking lot off of the main site entrance on Swamp Road (Rt. 313). No car access will be available via East Court Street.

There are 44 rooms in Fonthill including 10 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and 18 fireplaces. Completed in 1910 Fonthill boasted modern conveniences- 2 dumbwaiters, an Otis elevator, an intercom buzzer system and phones to communicate within the house.
