I am 18 years or older and I agree to serve as a volunteer for the Fonthill Woodlands Clean-Up activities. I understand that my participation is at the discretion of the Fonthill management. All work performed is on an uncompensated, voluntary basis. I agree to hold harmless the Bucks County Historical Society, the Trustees of the Mercer Fonthill Museum, and The County of Bucks and its Board of Commissioners. I understand the nature of the volunteer assignment that I am to perform and certify that I have taken all necessary precautions to be certain that I am in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. I grant full permission to the Bucks County Historical Society and the Trustees of the Mercer Fonthill Museum for use of any photographs, videotapes or recordings of my volunteer acts for any purpose, including but not limited to recognition, public relations, or marketing.
